Due to the different working principles, the power consumption of the GPS computers will be much faster than the traditional wire computers,which is normal.

We strongly recommend the use of MEILAN sensors with Meilan computers. We cannot provide technical services for problems that arised when non-brand sensors are used with MEILAN computers. Our computer does not support heart rate monitors that work with the 5.3KHZ transmission protocol.
6. How can i know if the batteries of C1, C3 and C5 are working normally?
All Meilan sensors have a battery insulating film in the battery box. You need to use a coin to unscrew the battery box and the device can not power on unlesss you remove the blue insulating film. When C1 switches the working mode or when C5 is just worn on the body, the LED will start to flash. If the LED no longer flashes, you need to replace a new battery. Please purchase a regular brand battery. When the displayed data is intermittent, or your mobile phone/computer cannot detect the presence of the sensors (you can check if the following sensors can be searched in the MEILAN APP), you may need to consider replacing with a new battery.

C1, C5 support Bluetooth BLE4.0 and ANT+ two wireless connection methods, C3 only supports Bluetooth BLE4.0 wireless connection method.
ANT + connection mode: display the icon + digital number (the corresponding digital number is attached to the back of the product); Bluetooth connection mode:
display the icon + device name (Meilan-CAD). When your computer only supports one connection mode, please select the connection mode correctly. Garmin, Bryton, Polar and Wahoo such brand devices only support ANT+ mode when they connect to sensors.

Please connect the device to the computer with the data cable in our package in the shutdown state. In the removable disk: MEILAN-**, select: the ACTIVITY folder. Please do not delete other files that are not in .FIT format, otherwise the device may not work properly. You can also upload the .fit format file that you generated in other devices to your account through the MEILAN APP to view it.

MEILAN will continue to develop and update its APP, and may it change your previous usage habits. In some countries, due to the influence of network speed, network regulation or the permission restrictions of some brand Android phones, there might be a certain chance of failure in APP installation or use.We may need some time to optimize in order to provide you with a better using experience.
